To start pencil art learning, your Beginning step to successfully do pencil shading is to control the movement of your pencil, shading anything and using different types of techniques such as hatching, cross-hatching, scribbling , Tick marks and lot more. Using pencils and art techniques such as hatching , cross hatching ,stippling, blending, dark to light and D-L tick marks pencil shading is done. Each technique produces a different texture and “feel” to the drawing. Portraits are those art works that record the resemblance of humans or animals that are alive or have been alive. The word portraiture is used to describe this category of art. This session will start from the basic of eyes, nose, lips/mouth, ears. Here every artist has its own speed of understanding the above 7 topics. It may vary from artist to artist, how much time they are spending on it. The total hours spend during each class will be 2 hours. In case he/she is not able to finish, they can continue the same in the next session. Painting is the practice of applying paint, pigment, color or other medium to a solid surface. Because it is commonly applied to the base with a brush, but other implements, such as knives, sponges, and airbrushes, can be used. The process of painting with pigments that are mixed with water. A painter uses watercolor painting techniques like washes, wet on wet , wet on dry , dry on wet , and dozens of other techniques to achieve textural effects. It is a fast drying paint. Acrylic paints can be diluted with water, but become water-resistant when dry. Therfore it dries quickly as soon we put paint on canvas. Oil painting is the process of painting with pigments with a medium of drying oil as the binder commonly used drying oils include linseed oil, poppy sees oil, walnut oil,and safflower oil. The choice of oil impacts range of properties to the oil paint, such as the drying time of paint. Therefore it dries slowly. From thousands of years,the human figure has appeared in art. Through the ages the human figure has appeared in portraits, has been used to tell stories or express beliefs, or used to express what it is to be human.For most artists, who draw,paint – or sculpt – ‘from life’ their fascination with the human figure is much more than simply creating an accurate representation of their model. Coloring (Hand Moment) : Student to be introduced to different color direction and the hand moment exercise i.e (sleeping,standing,slanting). Sitting position, behaviour in the class towards teacher and the way of understanding the process of art. Attendance is very important in the overall development .Because missing lots of classes means student will not be aware of what exactly is going on in the classes & very less chance to get promoted to higher group. Be punctual for the classes and attend all possible sessions, so that they can be a part of INTER- APARTMENT art exhibition. For different groups the homework varies but they have to finish their homework so that their creativity can be praised as an artist. Therfore students need to take their homework seriously which also includes the support and attention of the parents towards the artist.
