1. Eligibility:
• All students who have been actively taking art classes are eligible to refer their friends and family.
• Students who have taken a demo class are not eligible to participate in the Refer and Earn program.
• The parent who refers a friend will be eligible for benefits only if the referred student has successfully enrolled and completed one month in the art classes.
2. Referral Process:
• Share your unique referral code or link, provided upon request, with friends and family interested in joining our classes.
• The referred individual must mention the referral code or link during the enrollment process.
• If your friend uses someone else’s referral code, the person whose referral code is used will get the benefits, even if you had referred them first.
3. Benefits for Referrer:
• For each successful referral (i.e., the referred student completes the enrollment process and attends at least one class), the referrer will receive 10% off on next monthly fees.
4. Benefits for Referred Student:
• The referred student will receive a 5% discount on their next month’s fees.
5. Terms and Conditions:
• A referral is considered successful only after the new student has attended at least one class.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals a student can make.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• A referral benefit cannot be given if the student is joining in the middle of the month.
• If a student doesn’t fill out the non-appearance form or doesn’t follow the class policy, the refer and earn benefits will not be applicable.
• The referral will be informed that they have been referred by a Rartworks student (the participating student’s name will be shared with the referral).
• No two referral offers can be combined at any given point. Users can qualify under only one offer in a given active month. If siblings are joining, the discount remains the same.
• Rartworks may suspend or terminate the Refer and Earn program or any user’s ability to participate in the program at any time for any reason at their discretion.
• The Refer and Earn program is valid from August 2, 2023, until such date as Rartworks may decide in its sole discretion.
• Rartworks reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Modifications of these terms will be effective from the time they are updated in the policies section.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer and Earn program at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to reject, cancel, or revoke any referrals or rewards if we suspect any fraudulent or unethical activity. Please read our terms and conditions for more details.
